子ども達が活躍する未来を創る〜可能性は無限大〜
For Drawing Out Every Child's Potential
2019年7月5日（金）大館市立城南小学校の５年生を対象に「匠プロジェクト〜未来へつなげる新たな第一歩〜」が開催された。これは大館市の「ふるさとキャリア教育」の一環で、子供達が、地元で仕事をする様々な業種の人に話を聞き、仕事に触れる機会を持つというもの。
このカリキュラムを通じて、子供達が将来、大人になって仕事をする際のビジョンを描きやすくし、同時にふるさとの伝統や文化を学ぶというのが狙いである。

今回、大館の起業家という立ち位置で、河崎も子供達に職業を伝える側として話をさせていただいた。
July 5, 2019, “Takumi project - the first step of your future” was the event for 5th-grade students at Odate city, Jonan elementary school.
This event is a part of Odate city’s new educational practice, “Furusato Carrier Education.” It is the opportunity for the students to hear the story about various kinds of jobs from the people who are working at Odate. Through the event, the students can imagine and plan their future, at the same time, can learn and understand their home culture.
（※1）大館市には、全部で13の小学校があり、様々な形で「仕事に触れる講座」を開催している。この取り組みは、子供達が将来なるべく地元で仕事ができるようなきっかけ（過疎化を防ぐ）を作っている。
ロボットエンジニアリングで未来を創るという仕事の内容、Youtubeを通じて価値ある情報を発信するということ、人の役に立つ仕事で対価をいただく。今実際に河崎が行っている活動を具体的に子供達に説明した。
どうやったらユーチューバーになれるの？どうやって映像を作るの？真剣に聞いてくる子供達の目はキラキラしていた。
LiveYourDreams CEO, Tei Kawasaki, went to the event to talk about a professional videographer and a robot engineer to the students. He explained about his company and the business, also the possibility of robot engineering and Youtuber.
20年後はロボットと人間が当たり前に共存している時代だ。ロボットを動かすこと、プログラミングすることが仕事になる、そんな未来がもう目の前にある。河崎はそんな魅力をyoutubeを通じて伝え続けている。
Tei told that 20 years later, we, humans, and robots will live together. To program a robot is becoming an ordinary job these days. Youtuber is becoming an ordinary job, as well. He explained that Youtuber is the way all the people can contribute to the world, no matter how old and wherever you are.
子供だからとか環境などは関係ない。誰にでも仕事ができて、どんな場所でも活躍できる時代がくる。河崎が子供達に一番伝えたかったこと、それは「自分の才能を信じること、その才能が必ず仕事に繋がること」
全ての子供達が活躍する、そんな未来を一緒に切り開いていきたい。
At the end of the event, Tei sent a message to the students.
“Believe your talent. Try to draw out your potential. It makes business and money. It makes your bright future.”
He is working for all Japanese children can make their dreams come true and obtain their bright future.
